Are you a highly skilled HR professional with a passion for employee relations and an understanding of TUPE regulations? We are currently seeking a HR Advisor with expertise in TUPE to support on a large company restructure on a 6 month FTC basis.   £35-40k plus car allowance 6 month FTC Reading Please note that this role will involve regular travel to sites across the site region so you will need to provide your own transport as certain sites are inaccessible via public transport. All travel will be fully reimbursed.   As a HR Advisor for TUPE, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and successful transfer of employees during mergers, acquisitions, and outsourcing projects.   You will also serve as a key point of contact for employees, providing support and guidance throughout the transfer process. Your excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships will be essential in maintaining positive employee relations and ensuring a smooth transition for all parties involved. The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, ideally with some hands on TUPE and employee relations experience. A solid understanding of employment law and experience in managing complex employee transfers is also desirable.
