We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to join one of my clients in Northampton. The company are one of the leading commercial enterprises in the UK and they are continuing to grow each year.

The Role -

Support the HR Advisor in executing all HR administration tasks allocated to the team by the HRD
Using the HR system to access, input, produce reports and compile data accurately and efficiently working to the service level agreements and standards required

  • Provide administration for the recruitment process with the external provider
  • Ensure that roles are advertised internally and that the application process is managed and that managers are supported
  • Review and update role profiles to create a standard role profile bank for the business
  • Draft contracts of employment and ensure that the new starter process is followed
  • Ensure that all employee transfers and promotions in the business are executed effectively and that all contracts are raised in a timely manner and the system updated
  • Production of HR KPI's and metrics and board reports (eg Employee turnover, time to hire) as required
  • Administration of the Digital Apprenticeship System, including administration and reporting
