Our client is an HGV dealership with several depots across South of England. Currently they are looking for an experienced Workshop Controller / HGV Workshop Controller / Automotive Workshop Controller in their Swindon depot. The candidate must have: · Proven experience running commercial workshops. · Strong management and leadership skills · Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise deadlines · Experience of working to KPI’s, budgets and meeting targets · High levels of diligence and attention to detail · Automotive industry experience is essential You need to be pro-active, take pride in what you do, a willingness to learn and be engaged with training and an interest in pursuing a career within our industry. Hours of work · Monday to Friday 6.00am to 4.00pm with ½ hour unpaid lunch break. · Every third Saturday 8.00am to 12noon. · There is a requirement to work late on the last working day of the month to ensure all invoicing is complete and WIP is at correct level.
