HGV Technician ( NVQ level 2 or 3 ) Salary £17 to £17.50 per hour Location Stockton on Tees Monday to Friday plus overtime paid if needed for overtime at the weekend . 40 hours per week Early or Late Shifts available - The role is a full-time position, reporting directly to the Workshop Controller and Service Manager. Some of the main duties for the role will include (but not limited to): * Inspection and repair of HGV vehicles to DVSA standards including MOT preparation and presentation to test. * Fault diagnosis including the use of specialist market leading diagnostic equipment. * General mechanical and electrical repairs. * Offsite working, including breakdown attendance. * A focus on customer service and a dedication to keeping our customer’s vehicles on the road and minimising downtime. The successful applicant must be NVQ 2 or level 3 , or City & Guilds qualified (or equivalent) and should have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
