We are seeking candidates who are fully qualified HGV technician or hold a light vehicle technician qualification in the Amesbury area. Responsibilities: Conduct maintenance and repairs on heavy goods vehicles (HGVs) to ensure they are safe and roadworthy. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with HGVs. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks. Carry out MOT inspections and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work. Collaborate with colleagues and management to ensure efficient work flow and vehicle readiness.Qualifications: Experience as an HGV Technician or equivalent role. REME or Army Reserve background preferred. Light vehicle technician qualification or fully qualified HGV technician. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of HGV systems and components. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
