HGV Technician Location: High Wycombe Salary: £24.99 per hour Monday to Friday / £27.49 per hour Weekends 4 On 4 Off Day Shift Pay Review Scheduled – 01/06/2026 A well-established and growing Bus Operator is looking to recruit an experienced HGV Technician / PSV Technician to join their engineering team in High Wycombe. You will be working on a mixed fleet of modern buses including Alexander Dennis, Wrightbus, Volvo, Scania and others.     The Role of the HGV Technician / PSV Technician Routine servicing and inspections MOT preparation and presentation Diagnostics and fault finding Mechanical and electrical repairs Brake, engine, and suspension work Vehicle defect rectification Maintaining fleet reliability and availability Ensuring all work is completed in line with DVSA and company standards  Requirements of the HGV Technician / PSV Technician Previous experience as an HGV Technician, PSV Technician, or Bus Technician Level 3 Heavy Vehicle Maintenance qualification or equivalent Good diagnostic and fault-finding skills Experience working on buses, coaches, or HGVs Ability to work independently and within a team environment IRTEC accreditation beneficial but not essential Full UK driving licence preferredIf you are an experienced HGV or PSV Technician looking for a new opportunity in High Wycombe, apply today
