The RoleAs an HGV Technician, you will carry out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs across a specialist HGV fleet, ensuring vehicles remain safe, compliant, and operational. Responsibilities Service, maintain, and repair specialist HGV tankers. Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults. Complete inspections and preventative maintenance. Ensure all work is completed to high safety and quality standards. Accurately complete job cards and maintenance records.Working Hours Monday to Friday 8:00am – 6:00pm 45-hour working weekSalary & Benefits Up to £26 per hour Overtime paid at 1.5x Company van provided (work use and can be kept at home) Monday to Friday schedule with no weekend shifts Work on a modern, well-maintained fleetAdditional Information Vehicles operate day and night, so occasional night call-outs may be required. There is no formal call-out rota. Call-outs are infrequent and paid at the overtime rate.Requirements Previous experience as an HGV Technician or working on commercial vehicles.
