The role - HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter Service, inspect and repair HGVs, trailers and commercial vehicles to DVSA/manufacturer standards Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using modern diagnostic tools Complete job cards, service records and compliance paperwork accurately and on time Contribute to a safe, tidy and efficient workshop (right?first?time focus) What you'll bring Experience as an HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter / LGV Technician / Commercial Vehicle Technician Level 3 Heavy Vehicle Maintenance (NVQ/City & Guilds/IMI or equivalent) Strong diagnostics and fault?finding skills; safety?first approach Full UK driving licence (HGV licence beneficial but not essential) Pay, hours & type Rate: £18.50 per hour Hours: 08:00-16:30, Monday-Friday (no weekends) Job type: Permanent, full?time Location: Newport Why this role?
