HGV Technician key attributes: Recognised qualifications in mechanical engineering (City & Guilds / NVQ). HGV Technician general duties: Running defects. Vehicle inspections. Carry out routine servicing. General maintenance and repair. MOT preparation / Presentation. Engine / Gearbox repairs and overhauls. Completion of all required paperwork.
