Due to their continued success they are now looking for skilled HGV Parts Advisors to join their ever growing team. About your new HGV Parts Advisor role * Handle parts enquiries (internal/external) from enquiry to delivery, ensuring excellent customer service. * Source and order quality/value parts from suppliers. * Manage and monitor stock levels, adjusting as needed based on sales. * Anticipate parts requirements to ensure prompt supply. * Use IT systems for ordering and stock management. * Maintain organized, clean stores with proper parts placement. * Ensure strict health and safety compliance.
