Job Role:  DAY SHIFT HGV MECHANIC Annual earnings:  £40,000 on a 40 hr Week  Depot Location:  Standon Contract Type:  Full time / Permanent My client, a well established commercial vehicle maintainer is actively seeking to employ a skilled, experienced and fully qualified HGV Mechanic for their depot in Hertfordshire . Working on a large mixed fleet of heavy commercial vehicles the successful HGV Mechanic applicant will be required to undertake all aspects of vehicle service, maintenance and repair. Duties to include: Six weekly inspections General Servicing MOT preparations and presentations Diagnostics engine / gearbox rebuilds Light welding if you have the skills The successful HGV Mechanic must have recognised industry qualifications i.e. City & Guilds or NVQ to level three in commercial vehicle maintenance and repair or equivalent. The hours of work for this HGV Mechanic role are 06:00 - 16:30 Monday - Friday For the above working hours, the successful HGV Mechanic will earn £40,000 annually with overtime available to increase your earnings @ time and a half.
