Health & Safety Co-ordinator   Sytner Land Rover Conwy   30 Hours Per Week   About the Role:   Sytner Land Rover Conwy is seeking a dedicated and proactive Health & Safety Co-ordinator to ensure a safe and compliant environment for our colleagues and customers. Working 30 hours per week, you will play a vital role in maintaining and improving our health and safety standards, contributing to a positive and secure workplace.   Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety policies and procedures in line with current legislation. Conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential hazards. Provide health and safety training to employees. Investigate accidents and incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions. Maintain accurate records of health and safety activities.   Liaise with external regulatory bodies and contractors. Promote a positive health and safety culture within the dealership. Advise management on health and safety matters. Ensure compliance with COSHH regulations. Oversee the maintenance of safety equipment. Why Sytner?
