Head of Business 📍 Oxford 💰 £60,000 Basic | £90,000–£100,000 OTE + Car/Car Allowance We’re working with a well-established automotive group seeking an experienced Head of Business to lead a high-performing dealership in Oxford. This is a key leadership role with full responsibility for the site’s performance, team, and overall customer experience. 🚗 The Role: * Full P&L responsibility for the dealership * Leading, developing, and motivating department managers across Sales, Aftersales, and Parts * Driving performance across all revenue streams while maintaining strong customer satisfaction * Implementing effective processes aligned with manufacturer and group standards * Monitoring KPIs, profitability, and operational efficiency * Building a strong, positive culture within the business ✅ Requirements: * Proven experience as a Head of Business, General Manager, or senior dealership leader * Strong commercial awareness with a track record of delivering results * Ability to lead from the front and inspire high-performing teams * Excellent understanding of both Sales and Aftersales operations * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills 💼 What’s on Offer: * Competitive basic salary with realistic OTE up to £100k * Company car or car allowance * High level of autonomy within a reputable group * Established team and strong brand backing * Long-term progression opportunities
