Group Parts Manager required for Automotive Car Dealership located in Talbot Green. The salary on offer for this Group Parts Manager is £35,000.   Benefits: Starting salary of £32-35,000 per annum, dependent on experience and current earnings. Access to a company car scheme if required. 20 days annual leave plus the 8 bank holidays. Workplace Pension Scheme. Opportunity to work for a well-regarded, family-run car dealer group.  Working hours are 40 per week; Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm with an hour for lunch, and 1 in 3 Saturday mornings.Specification: A previous working experience as a Parts Manager Managing the sourcing and supply of Vehicle Parts Achieving Parts Sales Volumes and profit objectives Motivating and developing the Parts Team Reasonable commuting distance of either Vale of Glamorgan, or Rhondda Cynon Taff Strong Interpersonal Skills Capable IT background.Responsibilities: Maximise the profit opportunity in the Parts Department Managing a team of 3 Parts Advisors and 3 Parts departments.
