We need a CNC Grinder, for a company based in Hemal Hempstead in the aerospace industry. The Grinder role is paying between £21-£23 + Overtime payable at x1.5 hourly rate, Discretionary site bonus scheme dependent on experience. The company was just awarded a sponsorship licence so please all CVs are welcome not just British citizens. (You must have CNC Grinder experience) Working 39.5 hours a week from 8.00 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00 am to 4.00 pm on Fridays (30 mins for lunch) Overtime payable at x1.5 hourly rate Discretionary site bonus scheme The nature of the work is small to medium batch with medium to high complexity. The primary focus of this role is to undertake a programming/setting/operating function within the CNC Grinding department of the Gears division ensuring a consistent, flexible and responsive service is provided at all times to meet production schedules.
