This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with a background in both manual and CNC grinding to work on high-specification components using advanced machinery. Key Responsibilities: Machine Operation: Setting and operating Manual Studer machines (S20/RM250) and CNC Studer machines (S33/S31). Material Expertise: Machining exotic and hardened materials with precision and efficiency. Inspection: Conducting 1st-off inspections and completing all necessary quality documentation. Precision Work: Performing manual land grinding to achieve exceptional tolerances of (phone number removed)". Efficiency: Setting and running multiple machines/processes to optimize productivity. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in manual and CNC grinding, ideally with Studer machines. A strong understanding of precision engineering and the ability to work to ultra-tight tolerances.
