Junior/Graduate Test Engineer Redditch (Permanent)  This position offers the opportunity for development into a Test Engineer for the right individual who is self-driven for progressive and continued learning and development Job Purpose  To develop PCB functional and Final Assembly Test equipment (FT and Autocal) and support its day-to-day use in a high-volume manufacturing test capacity. General / Generic skills and experience: Good technical communication skills. Able to work under own initiative to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner To be able to communicate clearly and empathetically, both verbally and in written formats Have a desire for constant learning and self-development. Able to work effectively within a Team environments Qualifications: HNC/ degree electrical/electronic engineering.
