Duties & Responsibilities: Your primary responsibility as a General Sales Manager will be to maximise the sales and profitability of new vehicles and associated products. You will be responsible for: * Managing a team of 3 Sales Executives. * Achieving outstanding customer satisfaction. * Motivating, managing, organising and encouraging new ideas and processes to increase performance. * Developing, managing and refining used vehicle sales policies. * Ensuring the optimum stock of vehicles. * Assisting the Regional Manager in maintaining operational standards. * Ensuring fantastic relations are kept between the company and the brand partners. * You will be targeted around sales/profit performance and customer satisfaction performance. Your Background & Skill: * Main-dealer experience as a General Sales Manager. * Have knowledge of modern business methods within a franchise dealership. * Hold a successful track record of coaching and mentoring a successful sales team. * Hold a Full UK Driving Licence. * Have excellent IT Skills.
