You will inspire the team to excel, deliver, grow, and develop the business within the defined region and maintain quality service by embedding and enforcing policies and procedures. Essential skills and Experience: * Understanding of the complexities of running a franchised operation with extensive, diverse, and often conflicting objectives. * Experience working in a complex B2B or B2C environment with responsibility for people and resources.
