Ideal Candidate Profile * General Manager of passenger car dealerships for a minimum of 7 years. * Proven experience in multi-site leadership, ensuring target performance achievement across all locations. * Previous Middle East experience at the General Manager (Retail dealer) level, preferably within the UAE or Saudi Arabia. * Arabic or European Nationals with multi-site General Manager experience in the UAE or Saudi Arabia are encouraged to apply. * Demonstrated expertise in managing over 4,000 new car sales annually, particularly with Japanese, Korean, or European volume car brands. * Data-driven and commercially aware, staying abreast of trends, market conditions, and competitor performance. * Decisive, compelling, and focused business leader with quantifiable career success in managing multiple sites. * Effective in managing and nurturing manufacturer relations. * Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background.
