Our premium brand Automotive client is currently recruiting for the following role: Functional Safety Engineer - £31/hr (Inside IR35) - Hybrid / Warwickshire - 3 Months (potential for yearly renewal) Division: Electrical Engineering Position Description: Senior Functional Safety Engineer Lead functional safety activities across the software organization to design safety into platform software Skills Required: - Software Requirements and Architecture - Functional Safety (ISO26262) experience at Software level - SW Functional Safety Analyses (FMEA, FTA, DFA) Experience Required: - Extensive experience in Automotive Functional Safety development for ASIL B SW Architecture. - A-SPICE - MISRA - C/C++ Experience Preferred: - AUTOSAR ASW/BSW, - MBSE, - Verification Review, Confirmation Reviews Additional Information: This role is on a contract basis and is Inside IR35
