Front-of-House Manager Basic £35k, OTE £47k Chingford Permanent/Full Time Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8am – 6pm) / 1 in 3 Saturdays (8am – 5pm) Our client, a Motor Trade main dealer group in the Chingford area, is on the lookout for an experienced Front-of-House Manager to join their business. Duties and Responsibilities of a Front-of-House Manager: * You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Service Department. * You’ll be ensuring the service and repair technicians achieve their daily targets. * Assisting the Service Manager in ensuring the department provides the best possible service to all customers. * Achieving agreed profits and retention levels. Your Background & Skill: * Proven experience working in a busy and demanding dealership. * Full UK Driving Licence. * Ability to work well under pressure. * Well-presented and have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. * Excellent communication skills.
