Fleet Assistant Working hours - Days Salary £30,000 Permanent Position Company Overview: We are a working with a dynamic and reputable automotive services provider, committed to delivering vehicle maintenance solutions. We are expanding our team and seeking an experienced Fleet Assistant to join them. Fleet Assistant Job Responsibilities - Undertake Fleet administration in compliance with the FORS standards and company policies and procedures Manage the booking of new vehicles, the return of old vehicles including Lightfoot installations/removals, MOTs, service and repairs, health and eye sight checks Carry out collections and deliveries of company vehicles Undertake vehicle inspections, licence checks and new employee inductions Scan and process paperwork from all Fleet activities including inductions, accidents, penalties and inspections and update relevant spreadsheets and systems accordingly  Fleet Assistant Job Requirements - Possess a high level of literacy and numeracy and be able to prioritise and organise own workload effectively Have a full clean UK Driving Licence Experienced within a similar role (preferred) Have a good understanding of vehicle maintenance (preferred)  If you would like to apply or find out more information about the Fleet Assistant position, please do get in touch – (url removed) or (phone number removed)
