JOB DESCRIPTION This permanent role is based in Wimborne, Dorset. Responsibilities include Responsible for building and repairing a selection of sub-assemblies and launchers of Actuation equipment Task Management: Build and repair sub-assemblies and launchers to agreed engineering methods and processes, ensure all paperwork is updated correctly in a timely manner, time cards are completed on a daily basis, training is kept up to date and where applicable verified Autonomy: Works with team to identify and drive productivity and performance improvement opportunities to support cost reductions People Management: Actively supports and progresses their own development needs to ensure task flexibility via the use of skills matrix Communication: Attends start of shift meeting with team to understand the team's targets, any key issues / problems and any other communications (e.g. health & safety issues, training, visitors, ad-hoc requests etc.) attend additional meetings as and when required Escalation of issues to Production Supervisor in timely manner What you will get from us Eaton's mission is to improve the quality of life and the environment through the use of power management technologies and services.
