Contract Long-term PAYE contract to June 2027, with strong potential for extension. The Opportunity We are looking for multiple Fitters to join a growing aerospace manufacturing team producing precision-engineered components. Previous experience with Gimbals, bellows etc is not required. We welcome candidates from sheet metal, fabrication, fitting, or precision engineering backgrounds and will provide full training in the specialist techniques required for the role. Key Responsibilities Manufacture and assemble aerospace bellows to engineering specifications. Work with thin-gauge metals including stainless steel, Inconel and titanium. Operate fabrication equipment such as guillotines, rolling machines and other sheet metal forming equipment. Interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation. Carry out forming, fitting and assembly activities. Perform quality inspections to aerospace standards. Maintain a safe and organised work environment. Good practical engineering skills and manual dexterity.Desirable Experience working with stainless steel, Inconel or titanium. Aerospace, defence or precision manufacturing experience.
