As we continue to grow, ABL 1 Touch are looking to recruit a Workshop Controller to join their Team based in Reigate. As a Finance Analyst, you will provide financial support via preparation of internal financial reports, with accurate financial analysis to enable Senior Management in making commercially sound business decisions.  You will take responsibility for ensuring robust financial controls are in place, monitored and adhered to.  Responsibilities of a Finance Analyst will include: Perform month-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data Prepare and analyse monthly financial reports including P&Ls, highlighting variances and trends, identifying cost saving opportunities and inefficiencies Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting and business cases Communicate financial insights and performance to non-finance stakeholders to facilitate understanding and informed decision making Collaborate with the SLT to understand their goals, challenges and operational strategies and how strong financial insight can support them Analyse KPI’s and provide insights to support operational improvements and decision making Support in the development of financial budgets  Identify and implement improvements across the company in order to streamline operations and overall effectiveness Continuously seek to improve quality (presentation, accuracy, and coverage) of financial information Maintain knowledge and awareness of financial developments and accounting best practice to ensure compliance  Skills and experience required as a Finance Analyst: Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA or ACA), including relevant post qualification experience Proven experience as a management accountant including an understanding of budgeting, forecasting and business partnering Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards and data analysis Excellent commercial judgment in undertaking role and in making recommendations for risk management/change  Knowledge of financial software and tools (e.g. Excel, ERP systems) Highly analytical and able to work with large data sets, identifying trends and information quickly to provide recommendations / solutions Ability to develop and maintain excellent professional working relationships with people at all levels across the company Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail Forward looking, and challenging of current norms where necessary Joining our team at ABL1 Touch means becoming part of a dynamic organisation that values its employees and provides opportunities for professional growth.
