Role Overview: As a Facilities Management Assistant, you will provide essential support in coordinating FM activities, acting as a focal point for various tasks and updates. You will work closely with site business partners and building custodians to ensure effective process routines and timely action follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Site Business Partners and Building Custodians to define and lead the introduction of effective site/building process confirmation routines and action follow-ups. Manage action recording and provide timely follow-ups and updates to wider business areas on FM topics. Act as the local voice of FM in site-level working groups as required. Support the Site FMRE BP in handling reactive/unplanned issues across the site. Assist the site FMRE BP and EHS Controller on EHS topics requiring action/improvement, acting as a coordinator where necessary.Required Professional Experience: Previous experience in facility management and building & construction is required. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential. Previous experience with Company and awareness of Company processes and relevant HSE regulations is preferable
