Role: Facilities Engineer Location: Warwick Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 06:30 - 16:00 Looking for a role where your technical skills keep operations running smoothly? You'll ensure equipment is safe, efficient, and compliant handling everything from fault-finding and repairs to supporting continuous improvement. This is a hands-on role with real impact. Key Responsibilities: Carry out preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across buildings, plant, and equipment Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Support continuous improvement initiatives and respond to breakdowns Provide facilities support across multiple sites as needed Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in facilities or plant maintenance Completed a mechanical or craft apprenticeship (or time-served equivalent) Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Confident working at height and holding IOSH certification Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Flexible and proactive, with the ability to manage workload independently Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with maintenance systems Join us in keeping operations running smoothly and safely!
