As a Facilities Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the impeccable condition and operational excellence of our building sites. This role entails several key responsibilities related to the maintenance and care of two vehicle storage buildings. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance checks, liaising with contractors, and maintaining the overall fabric of the buildings. Duties and Responsibilities Open and Close Facility: Promptly open the facility at the designated start time, ensuring all areas are accessible to the team. Lock up the facility at the end of the operational day, securing all entrances and exits. Liaison with Contractors: Coordinate with all contractors working on the building, ensuring all statutory requirements are met. Record-Keeping: Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities, including service schedules and any parts or supplies used. Overall Maintenance: Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure the optimal condition of the buildings. Troubleshooting: Identify and diagnose mechanical issues, coordinating with the team to resolve complex problems efficiently. Quality Control: Uphold the highest standards of quality and precision, aligning with our commitment to luxury vehicle storage. Key Requirements Experience: Proven experience in automotive maintenance, particularly with high-end vehicles. Mechanical Skills: Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary repairs. Tool Proficiency: Proficiency in using various tools and equipment.
