S-Knights are looking for an experience End Point Assessor or Internal Quality Assurer with an automotive (HGV) background. Our client is an Ofsted Grade 1 training provider, recognised as Outstanding for their leadership and management. They are a leading training provider that offer quality apprenticeships across a variety of sectors. As a Automotive IEA/IQA you will provide independent, fair, reliable and consistent assessment services to clients. This includes conducting end point assessments, forming judgements on competency in the specialist sector and providing the assessment outcome. You will insure the highest quality of the EPA learner journey, ensure consistency and reliability of assessment judgements, grading and adherence to delivery models and quality assurance policies and procedures. This role is based at our clients Derby EPA Centre up to 3 times per week with some flexibility to work from home. Key Accountabilities * Ensure timely completion of all EPA stages * Conduct and invigilate assessments * Provide accurate grades and feedback * Maintain service standards and meet quality requirements * Conduct internal quality assurance and ensure accurate reporting * Maintain CPD and support development of assessment materials. Requirements: * Educated to GCSE level grade C or above including Maths and English (or equivalent) * Assessor qualification (e.g. TAQA, A1, Award in EPA) * IQA Qualification * At least 3 years' experience in Heavy Vehicle Service and Maintenance Technician environment, with 'hands on' experience in the industry * Hold qualifications, or have undertaken training, that has legislative and technical relevance to the heavy vehicle service and maintenance technician standard * Commitment to complete industry CPD on a minimum annual basis S Knights Recruitment are a specialist Employability and Skills recruitment agency.
