Job Role: Engineering Manager Salary: £55,000+ Location: Exeter A great opportunity has for an Engineering Manager has come up for a client of mine in the Exeter area. My client, a large transport company with a sizable depot in the Stanwell area are looking to recruit an Engineering Manager on a fulltime basis. Applicants must have a proven track record of fleet engineering management, have bus/coach experience and preferably recognised by the Engineering Council. Our Engineering Manager will have to be able to cope with the day to day pressures that the role brings, be able to deliver and exceed high standards of customer service, manager and motivate a technical team, ensure company standards are adhered to and improvements identified in all aspects of the engineering facility, ensure all engineering KPIs/financial budgets are delivered, programme and oversee preventative maintenance and comply and adhere to standards with regards to Health, Safety and environment and quality engineering systems. Possession of excellent communication skills and experience of effective team management also required.
