We are seeking an individual who is passionate about driving business growth through innovative DX projects. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of automotive technology and make a significant impact on our strategic objectives. Expleo UK is working on behalf of one of the world's largest Automotive manufacturers to recruit a DX PMO Lead based in Bedfordshire on a contract basis. Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with CFTs to define and implement cutting-edge DX projects. * Lead the development of DX programs. * Apply project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery within budget. * Offer strategic consulting to maximize the business value of technology initiatives. * Communicate effectively with executive leadership, providing insightful recommendations. * Manage project deliverables, maintaining strict adherence to timelines. * Identify funding sources and business development opportunities. * Demonstrate expert knowledge of project and change management practices. * Manage budgets, costs, and profitability with a keen eye for detail. * Utilize resource management skills and tools to optimize team performance. * Exhibit high-level communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships. * Monitor and evaluate the progress of projects, programs, and portfolios. * Ensure flexibility and resourcefulness in managing project-related challenges. * Analyze financial data to inform project budgets, risks, and resource allocation. * Prepare financial reports and budget outlines for executive review. * Oversee project development, ensuring efficiency and adherence to customer standards. * Draft and improve project management policies and processes. * Continuously assess projects to ensure they meet company standards and deadlines. * Document all aspects of project creation, development, execution, scope, budget, and justification. Qualifications: * Proven experience in project management, preferably with PMI/APM certification. * Strong background in managing technology-related projects. * Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships. * Financial acumen and experience in budget management. * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
