We are seeking a DX Analyst to lead our customers dynamic team and spearhead cutting-edge projects that shape the future of the organization. Expleo UK is working on behalf of one of the world's largest Automotive manufacturers to recruit a DX Analyst based in Bedfordshire on a contract basis. Responsibilities of the role include: * Develop comprehensive cost-benefit analyses and project charters for digital transformation (DX) initiatives. * Assist in the development and maintenance of DX strategies, focusing on Data and Emerging Technologies across various organisational functions. * Conduct industry analysis and stay ahead of market trends within the DX domain. * Manage and guide the team responsible for creating and executing user acceptance campaigns for technical implementations and digitisation projects. * Perform performance assessments and evaluate change readiness, leading teams to develop and implement digital solutions and data visualisations. * Identify and define learning opportunities to foster the adoption of digital transformation technologies. * Educate corporate audiences on digital enablement concepts and the cultural impact of transitioning to emerging technologies. * Translate business needs into technical requirements, ensuring solutions align with organisational goals. * Understand and articulate the breadth of the organisation's DX environment. * Demonstrate the application of data analytics and models to solve business challenges. * Keep clients informed about industry developments and best practices in the digital landscape. * Utilize Agile delivery methods to enhance solution quality, maintain flexibility, and uncover new opportunities for growth. Provide weekly status reports, identify issues, and communicate risks. * Integrate digital transformation activities with other projects, ensuring adherence to the DX project’s timeline and milestones. * Build and maintain relationships with key customer decision-makers, leading pursuit teams. * Oversee business development efforts, including client presentations, proposal development, and crafting Statements of Work (SOW). * Drive practice growth initiatives through the strategic use of technology.
