Title: Dispatch Operative Salary: £12.49/hour (£25,300/year) + Benefits Location: Basildon, Essex Industry: High Precision Manufacturing Benefits * Sociable day shifts with early Friday finishes * Competitive hourly rate About Us TXM is seeking a skilled Dispatch Operative to provide support to the Stores/Despatch department to ensure correct documents and items are ready for despatch. Requirements * To provide support to the Ident department for the part marking of components as required. To drive company vehicles and be able to transport components offsite to customer and Gardner Aerospace sites * To support the delivery of items for packing and wrapping * To ensure boxed components are counted, labelled and delivered to the correct department. * To assist in the preparation of appropriate documents prior to despatch via various transportation means to Gardner Aerospace and customer sites * Assist with the packing, wrapping and despatching of parts with reference to job card documentation * To drive company vehicles for the delivery of parts and other goods to other Gardner Aerospace sites in the UK Core Skills * Knowledge of exporting and forwarding * Ability to manage a number of projects and initiatives simultaneously * Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise * Attention to detail * Ability to work on own initiative and with minimum supervision * Excellent IT Skills * Driving Licence Apply Now To apply for this Dispatch Operative role or for inquiries, contact Justin Thornhill at TXM Recruit.
