Director (UK) Join our client’s dynamic team as Director based in Ashford! As a global organisation, specialising in batteries, battery packs, chargers, and lighting products, we are seeking a skilled individual to drive commercial development at their Ashford site. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute commercial strategies in alignment with company objectives. Identify market trends and capitalize on growth opportunities. Lead strategic account management efforts and cultivate new business relationships. Collaborate with Sales Directors to devise effective action plans. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing team support and development. Ensure operational efficiency and financial profitability of the site. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to company policies. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Technical Engineering. 5-10 years of experience in team management and/or sales, preferably in technical product sectors. Proficiency in international trade principles and financial analysis. Strong IT skills and familiarity with e-commerce platforms. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
