Copello have partnered with a leading defence organisation in the recruitment for a DV Cleared Digital Business Analyst to join them on a 12-month contract based in the Wiltshire area. Inside IR35 - £650 day Umbrella - Hybrid working – 3 days a week required on site. Duties will include: * Analyse and understand a business problem or opportunity * Undertake research and analysis * Understand and analyse user and business needs. * Identify areas for improvement, explore feasible options, analyse the effects of change and define success measures. * Expected to manage stakeholder relationships Key requirements: * Working to an agreed minimum viable product (MVP) print and scope. * Identify and implement opportunities to analyse and optimise current services and processes. * Use a wide range of techniques to model situations and gain agreement from SME's and stakeholders. * Identify issues and risks and able to analyse and report test activities and results. * Requirements Author experience, URD, SRD, Solution Specs, SDPs, Test & Acceptance Strategies, ideally in a Defence Capability setting. * Demonstrable experience working within an ITIL3 aligned Service area. * Experience of developing Technical Refresh documentation * Experience of developing complex Service Roadmaps * Requirements management experience * Defence background preferred Please note DV clearance is required for this position
