The Role As a Diagnostic Technician, fault finding will be your speciality, detecting and diagnosing faults and establishing work required. To accurately and skilfully undertake the repair and servicing of motor vehicles, working with other departments to facilitate the servicing and repairs. To ensure all work is completed safely and complies with retailer, manufacturer and industry guidelines, fulfilling all tasks to the customer’s complete satisfaction whilst helping retailer to achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency. About You You will need to have a genuine enthusiasm for the Brand and understand the importance of accurate and thorough work standards. Have a level 3 NVQ in vehicle maintenance and repair or equivalent experience. Be a team player and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment working to set processes and procedures. Have the ability to work within given timescales whilst maintaining quality standards.
