Aircraft Design Engineers with CATIA for Systems Installation projects - Outside IR35 Belcan are seeking Aircraft Systems Installation Design Engineers for an initial 6 month Outside IR35 contract, based in Bristol to join our growing Airframe team. The Design Engineers will carry out Aircraft systems installation design for major world leading aerospace OEM's. This may include modifications, new definition scheme development, investigations and installations on a range of aircraft mechanical systems including fuel systems, hydraulic systems and pneumatic systems. Principle Responsibilities: *Carry out Systems Installation Design using Catia V5 *Produce Solid model definition, 2D drawing compilation and or 3D annotation FT&A *Supporting team leader to define approach, time-scales and hours associated with tasks Qualifications and Experience: *Engineering HNC/HND or Apprenticeship or equivalent experience in Aeronautical, Mechanical or related Engineering discipline. *Experienced user of Catia V5 *Knowledge or experience of mechanical systems which may include fuel systems, hydraulic systems or pneumatics systems. *Understanding of configuration and change management *Knowledge or experience of PLM tools including DPDS, PASS, VPM or Optegra *Can self-check work, request assistance where required and deliver quality output Excellent Rates dependent upon experience Candidates MUST have the 'Current Right to Work in the UK', without Sponsorship This vacancy is being advertised by Belcan
