What you will do: * Analyse large and complex datasets to uncover insights and inform decision-making. * Design and implement machine learning models to address business challenges. * Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present data-driven insights. * Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements. * Improve processes through predictive analytics and statistical modelling. * Create data-driven systems in collaboration with our software development team. * Communicate findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required Skills: * Proven experience (2+ years) in data science, machine learning, and statistical analysis * Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. * Proficiency in Python for data analysis and machine learning. * Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (Preferably Power BI). * Familiarity with SQL and database management. * Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modelling * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas simply. * Ability to translate business problems into data science solutions. Desirable Skills: * Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). * Familiarity with Big Data tools like Spark or Hadoop. * Knowledge of frontend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. * Interest or experience in Business Intelligence. * Exposure to C# or other object-oriented programming languages.
