We are currently recruiting for the position of a Data Analyst. This role would suit someone who has recently graduated or someone with at least 1-2 years of data analysis experience. As Data Analyst you will be required to work closely with all departments across the business with a main focus on Business Development, Finance and IT. Your role as Data Analyst will involve liaising with various stakeholders internally and externally, handling large quantities of data from multiple sources, working on multiple tasks & projects simultaneously and dealing with any data-related queries. Attention to detail is critical alongside the ability to spot trends and patterns in the data you will be handling. The right candidate for this role will have a huge impact on the future of data analysis, reporting and data management across the business so this is ideal for someone who wants to develop their operational and commercial knowledge alongside their analytical skills. Skills and Experience * Must be highly numerate and analytical * Data handling, analysis and report production * Advanced Excel skills * Strong knowledge of SQL essential * Working knowledge R or Python desirable, but not essential * Excellent attention to detail * Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building skills * A proactive, self-starter attitude * Knowledge of the automotive industry (particularly SMR) would be advantageous, but not essential This role is offered on a hybrid working pattern following completion of necessary training.
