Working in an exciting and busy environment the Service Advisor Apprentice will be the front-line support for the busy service department. An Apprentice will keep in close contact with the management staff at the dealership to update them on current customer affairs and relations.
excellent communication skills both verbal and written is required for this role. The employer is looking for an apprentice that is very hard working and motivated to learn new skills
Full training will be provided for this role. A minimum of 3 GCSEs at grades A*-C/9-4 (or equivalent) in English and maths are preferable
You will be trained to the requirements of the Apprenticeship standard for Customer Service L3. You will also undertake Functional Skills in English and maths (if required).
