The role will involve investigating cyber intrusions, implementing mitigation measures, and developing processes and procedures to address and resolve such intrusions effectively. This is a contract-based position located at our client's Manchester site. Responsibilities of the Cyber Security Engineer include: Performing proactive cyber risk assessments to uncover previously undetected vulnerabilities or identify actual intrusions. Developing and proposing security system solutions to safeguard proprietary and confidential data and systems.
