Customer Service Representative 9 – 12 Month FTC 36,000 - £42,000 Marston Green, Birmingham The Role: To provide outstanding customer service to Aftermarket customers in a comprehensive administrative support role. This is a crucial position to the positive functioning of the business by completing daily transactions required for third party customers. What will you be doing? * Orderbook management * Contract Review execution of customers purchase orders * Generation of customer quotations. * Supporting invoicing enquiries of customer orders * Administrative transactions and SAP Data Entry relating to the above activities * Resolution of queries relating to the above activities * Credit and Debit Notes where required. What will you bring to the party? * Experience in a Customer Facing role. * Administrative accuracy and efficiency * Experience dealing with customer purchase orders * Attention to detail * Proactive work approach * Ability to work within a Team * Strong communication skills both written and verbal. * Computer systems: SAP, Word, Excel * Compliance with quality policies as contained in procedures and quality manuals * Understanding of orderbook management (desirable) What Happens Next?
