Job title: Customer Service Manager Location: Basingstoke Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 Hours: 8am to 5pm - No Weekends Alecto Recruitment are currently working alongside an established, successful Bodyshop located in the Basingstoke area who are at this moment of time recruiting for a Customer Service manager to join their team. Responsibilities: Customer Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints. Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Team Management: Lead and supervise the customer service team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation. Foster a positive and productive work environment to maximize team efficiency and morale. Process Improvement: Develop and implement efficient customer service procedures to streamline operations and enhance the overall customer experience. Continuously evaluate existing processes and identify areas for improvement. Communication: Liaise with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless coordination and communication regarding customer needs and preferences. Quality Assurance: Monitor service quality standards and adherence to company policies and procedures. Take corrective actions as necessary to maintain high service quality levels. Data Analysis: Analyze customer feedback and service metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement initiatives Requirements: Previous experience in a Customer Service role is essential, ideally within the Automotive Industry. Managerial experience is required for candidates without Automotive Industry experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. A proactive approach to customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement.
