Due to continued business growth, we have an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic and dedicated Central Claims team in Doncaster as a Call Handler. We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about providing our customers with an expert and personal experience, making it clear the things they value are in safe hands with Steer Automotive Group. About the Role You will be working in our Central Claims contact hub, based at our Doncaster site, supporting our customers in a variety of different ways, operating across our phone system and through email. You will be responsible for: * Delivering a fast and efficient service to insurers and customers. * Ensuring accurate administration of customer files, whilst building a genuine rapport. * Handling telephone and email enquiries within the contact hub. * Efficiently deploying claims based upon a geographical area. * Working to targets to achieve team and individual goals. About You In order to excel as a Customer Service Advisor in our Central Claims team, you will have: * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * The ability to multitask. * Good organisational skills. * The ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A professional telephone manner is also essential for this position, as is the ability to communicate effectively via email. You will be a team player, as well as be able to work individually to achieve daily targets.
