We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Call Handler to join our First Notification of Loss (FNOL) Team in Doncaster. ​ About the Role You will be working in our Central Claims contact hub, based at our Doncaster site in Denaby Main, supporting our customers in a variety of different ways, operating across our phone system and through email. You will be the first point of contact for customers reporting accidents and vehicle damage. Your main responsibilities will be: * Delivering a smooth efficient service to insurers and customers, providing exceptional customer service at all times. * Administration of customer files, ensuring all claim details are accurately recorded and processed in our system. * Handling queries professionally and maintaining our high standards of care. * Liaising with insurers, repair teams and other stakeholders to keep customers updated. * Efficiently deploying claims based upon a geographical area. * Working to targets to achieve team and individual goals. ​ About You In order to excel in this role, you will have experience in customer service, ideally in the automotive or insurance sector.
