Permanent and Full Time About the Job As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in managing our customer experience journey, handling customer complaints and resolutions, and ensuring smooth vehicle collections and returns. Your responsibilities will include liaising with drivers, answering and making phone calls, updating insurance companies, and maintaining computer systems and portals. Additionally, you will be responsible for achieving daily KPI targets, and managing administrative tasks such as creating job packs. Requirement The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in the Motor Trade industry, demonstrating the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities. Strong administration skills, particularly in MS Office, are essential, along with the ability to quickly learn new computer systems.
