You will be passionate about providing customers with an expert and personal experience, making it clear the things they value are in safe hands with us. ​You will be responsible for: * Delivering a fast and efficient service to insurers and customers. * Administering customers files correctly, whilst building a genuine rapport. * Handling telephone and email enquiries, both inbound and outbound. * Working to targets to achieve team and individual goals. * ​Satisfaction targets in the form of customer feedback. ​ ​About You ​It is essential that you have excellent customer service skills, the ability to multitask, good organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
