Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same? We're seeking a proactive and organised individual to join the successful team at our Perry Barr site. You will help to manage our customer experience journey and ensure smooth operations front of house, supporting customers face to face, over the phone and by email. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee the entire customer experience journey, handling inquiries, complaints, and resolutions with professionalism and efficiency. * Coordinate customer bookings and arrange seamless vehicle collections and returns. * Maintain communication with our drivers, efficiently managing the transport diary to optimise logistics. * Update insurance companies and ensure accurate records on computer systems and portals. * Meet daily KPI targets to uphold service standards and operational efficiency. * Assist in moving vehicles on the forecourt * Prepare job packs and perform associated administrative tasks with meticulous attention to detail. We are looking for an exceptional customer service professional with the following: * Prior experience in a customer service-oriented role, demonstrating strong multitasking abilities and adaptability to changing priorities. * Proficiency in administration tasks, including MS Office applications, with a knack for quickly grasping new computer systems. * Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment while also excelling in independent work. * Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and process improvement. * Good knowledge of the local area for efficient transport logistics.
