About the role Sytner Group is looking for a passionate and driven Customer Retention Specialist to join our motivated sales team at Mercedes-Benz of Bristol. As a Mercedes-Benz Customer Retention Specialist, you will be sales focused and target-orientated with responsibilities including, selecting potential loyalty opportunities, calling customers, booking appointments, meeting and dealing with customers face to face, referring customers to the sales and management team and logging your results.
