IT literacy is essential for this role. Duties Include: * Engaging with customers and work providers in person, over the phone, and via email, ensuring efficient and courteous communication * Coordinating with all sites in the region to ensure accurate deployment of claims * Updating information in our bodyshop management system and other online platforms * Managing the customer experience journey, handling complaints and resolutions * Scheduling customer appointments, arranging vehicle collections and returns, and coordinating with our drivers while managing the transport diary At Steer Automotive Group, we are dedicated to providing our staff with continuous training, coaching, and development opportunities.
